Dan Shaughnessy

Dan brings over 20 years of HR and payroll technology experience. He started his career with ADP, joining their major account-business division after attending Northeastern University. During his more than 12-year tenure with the company, he moved through service, management, implementation, and system consultant roles, focused on mid-sized companies.

Upon leaving ADP in 1999, Dan co-founded and became CEO of Resource Navigation, a computer software company providing outsourced payroll and HR solutions. His ability to develop and maintain relationships with the big payroll companies as well as design systems that effectively interact with users contributed to the company’s consistent growth throughout his tenure.

A dedicated husband and father, Dan has coached many of his children’s sports teams. A Saugus resident, he is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. His passions are spending time with his family, participating in all winter and summer sports, and boating.
