Cristy LaCasse

As head of HR Knowledge’s Benefits team, Cristy ensures our clients’ needs are met across the entire employee benefit spectrum, including health insurance, short- and long-term disability pay, retirement accounts, and employee paid time off plans. Since joining HR Knowledge in 2013, Cristy has proven her strong work ethic, skillful problem-solving, and dedication to concierge-level client service by quickly rising through the positions of Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager, before being promoted to her current role of Benefits Services Manager.
Prior to HR Knowledge, Cristy worked as a Store Manager at LOFT, a Marketing Specialist at Union Central Life Insurance Company, and an Account Representative at UNUM, a Fortune 500 insurance firm. She received her BS in Political Science from Oregon State University, and is licensed in health, life, and accident insurance. When not attentively assisting our clients with their benefit inquiries, Cristy savors spending time with her boys, Pilates, travel, and New England Patriots football.
