HR Knowledge, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of payroll, benefits brokerage and HR consulting services to clients throughout New England, announces that Petra Sliney has been promoted to Client Services Manager.

In this role, Petra manages a team of client services staff and oversees day-to-day payroll operations. As an HR Knowledge employee for over 10 years, Petra delivers the highest level of customer service, which is the hallmark of the company. She achieves client service objectives by implementing quality and customer service standards, resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, and determining process improvements.

With over 17 years of experience in the payroll industry, Petra worked as a Payroll Supervisor at a leading US payroll company prior to working at HR Knowledge. Petra is a certified ADP CPS (Certified Payroll Specialist). She attended Bridgewater State College and Fisher College.
