e-Alert: Massachusetts Updated Their Paid Family and Medical Leave Notice

Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (MA PFML) is a benefit offered by the state that provides eligible employees with up to 26 weeks of paid leave. The Wage and Hour laws, determined by the Attorney General’s Office, are designed to provide guidance for employers on topics such as minimum wage, overtime payment, and required paystub information.
